About Us
Avgi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the ‘’European University of Cyprus’’ and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a specialization in Economic Affairs from the ‘’Panteion University of Political and Social Sciences’’ in Athens. She also accomplished an L.L.M in Company Taxation from ‘’Paris Dauphine University’’ in Paris. She recently attended the LL.M program in Tax Law at the ‘’Athens University of Economics and Business’’.

Avgi began her legal career at PwC Paris as a member of the Financial Services Department, after completing prestigious trainee programs at Arsène Taxand Law Firm in Paris and the Central Bank of Greece in Athens. At PwC, she worked with top-tier financial institutions, insurance companies, and asset management firms in the French market, delivering strategic advice in English and French on complex cross-border investment structuring, corporate taxation, and indirect taxes.

In the subsequent years, she joined the corporate department of Michael Kyprianou & Co. LLC, one of Cyprus' oldest and most renowned law firms. During her tenure, she managed legal entities across multiple jurisdictions, including Cyprus, Greece, the UK, Malta, Hong Kong, and Belize. She served as the key coordinator for both independent and group legal entities, as well as high-net-worth individuals, providing tailored solutions on corporate incorporation and restructuring, personal and corporate taxation, contract law, banking and accounting management and yachting advisory. Before embarking on her journey as a self-employed lawyer, she had the opportunity to collaborate with the tax department of Potamitis Vekris Law Firm, one of the most successful law firms in Greece.

Since 2023, she has been operating as a self-employed lawyer in Cyprus, offering expert legal consulting and advisory services across multiple jurisdictions, including Cyprus, the UAE, Greece and the UK. Her main areas of specialization include corporate law, taxation, estate planning, yachting, as well as banking and accounting supervision.

Her primary focus is to serve and protect legal entities and high-net-worth individuals. In this capacity, she acts as the intermediary coordinator for wealth management solutions by external collaborators to ensure seamless and strategic solutions tailored to her clients' needs.
